Terms of Use Agreement
ACCEPTANCE
These Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) apply to the use of Team2Book (“Service”) by you (“you” or “Customer”). The Service is provided by 3ALogic Inc, 47 rue Champlain, Bromont, Canada J2L 3A2 (“Team2Book” or the “Owner”).
By using Team2Book or its Website you agree to the following terms of use.
You represent that:
(1) you have the full legal capacity to contractually obligate yourself to these Terms;
(2) you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms;
PROVISION OF THE TEAM2BOOK SERVICE OR ITS WEBSITE.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service and its website are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”.
Team2Book does not warrant that (i) the Service will meet your expectations, (ii) the Service will be delivered uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable, (iv) any errors in the Service will be corrected.
You understand and agree that Team2Book shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to any loss of profit, loss of goodwill, loss of business reputation, loss of data, cost of procurement of substitute goods or Service, or other intangible loss resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the service; (ii) any changes which Team2Book may make to the Service, or any permanent or temporary cessation in the provision of the Service; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) the deletion of, corruption of, or failure to store, any content and other communications data maintained or transmitted by or through the use of the Service; (v) or any other matter relating to the Service.
You understand that Team2Book can use third parties (e.g., hosting partners) to provide the necessary resources (e.g., hardware, software, networking, storage, etc.) to run the Service.
SEPARATE TEAMUP ACCOUNT
Team2Book uses the Teamup application programming interface (API). Team2Book cannot be used without a separate Teamup account.
Each client of Team2Book need to purchase a separate Teamup account. You may do so by visiting the Teamup website here: https://teamup.com

Change in the Teamup API or in Teamup policies may result in Team2Book services to become unavailable or partially unavailable.
SUPPORT
Technical support is provided on a best-effort basis and by e-mail to client with a paid subscription. Provide support only to 1 client representative. We do not provide direct support to your team members.
YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE
Team2Book may offer to upload images. You are responsible for not uploading abusive images, to not infringe on any copyrights or trademarks, and to not use a design which other Team2Book users may deem offensive.
You agree that you will not impersonate another person.
You agree that you will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service (or the servers and networks which are connected to the Service).
You agree that you will refrain from any activity that generates an abusive or excessive load on the Service. Team2Book determines abuse or excessive usage at its sole discretion.
You agree that you are solely responsible for (and that Team2Book has no responsibility to you or to any third party for) any breach of your obligations under the Terms of Use and for the consequences (including any loss or damage which Team2Book may suffer) of any such breach.
Team2Book reserves the right (but has no obligation) to pre-screen, review, flag, filter, modify, refuse, or remove any or all content or accounts from the Service at Team2Book’s sole discretion.
You understand that by using the Service you are responsible for the content that may be accessible to your users. You shall make the best effort to eliminate content that your users may find offensive, indecent, or objectionable.
REGISTRATION
To use certain features of Team2Book, you may be asked to create an account with the Website. When you register with the Website, you agree (i) to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by any registration form; and (ii) to maintain and promptly update the information to ensure it remains true, accurate, current, and complete. Team2Book’s use of any personally identifying information you provide as part of the registration process is governed by the terms of our Privacy Policy.
PASSWORDS
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Password you use in association with your account and are responsible for all activities that occur under your User Name and Password. You agree to notify the Team2Book immediately of any unauthorized use of your Password or account or any other breach of security, and to ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Team2Book will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the Owner’s failure or your failure to protect your Password or account information. The use of bots or other automated methods to obtain access to the Service are not permitted.
SECURITY
Internet is generally not secure. Team2Book cannot guarantee the security or confidentiality of any communication to or from the Website.
TERMINATION
Team2Book, in its sole discretion, cancel or terminate your right to use Team2Book, its Website, or any part of the Website, at any time without notice. In the event of termination, you are no longer authorized to access the Website, or the part of the Website affected by such cancellation or termination. The restrictions imposed on you with respect to material downloaded from the Website and the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set forth in this Agreement, shall survive termination of this Agreement. The Owner shall not be liable to any party for such termination.
There is no notice period. A subscription can be canceled anytime.
You can register to a limited Free Account. You can try premium account for a number of days. Therefore, please understand that no refund is provided.
PRICE CHANGES
Prices of all Service features are subject to change.
GENERAL
Team2Book reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Use at any time without notice. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Use at http://www.team2Book.com/terms-of-use/
The failure of Team2Book to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You agree that Team2Book owns all legal rights in the Service. You must not remove, modify, or obscure any legal notices. You are not entitled to use Team2Book’s trademarks, trade names, brands, domain names, or other distinctive brand features.
Violation of any of the terms can result in the termination of your account or access to the Service. Violation of any of the terms will also terminate your usage rights of the Service.
NO ENDORSEMENTS
Teamup is not affiliated with Team2Book. As such, please note that Teamup do not endorse our service.
Unless specifically stated, Team2Book do not recommend or endorse any specific brand of products, services, procedures, or other information that appears or that may be advertised on the Website.
LINKING
The Website contains links to third-party Websites. These links are provided solely as a convenience to you and not as an endorsement by Team2Book of any third-party Website or Service or the content thereof.
COPYRIGHT
Team2Book and its Website is protected by copyright law and is owned by 3ALogic Inc and its licensors, or the party accredited as the provider of the Content. Except as granted in the limited licence herein, any use of the Content, including modification, transmission, presentation, distribution, republication, or other exploitation of the Team2Book Software, Website or of its Content, whether in whole or in part, is prohibited without the express prior written consent of 3ALogic Inc.
You may not (i) use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, upload, download, or transmit the Software in whole or in part; (ii) sell, rent, lease, license, transfer, or otherwise provide access to the Software; (iii) alter, remove, or cover any trademarks or proprietary notices included in the Software; and/or (iv) decompile, disassemble, decrypt, extract, or reverse engineer the Software or assist others in doing so.
USE PROHIBITED WHERE CONTRARY TO LAW
Use of Team2Book or its Website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction where the Team2Book Service or Website or any of the Content may violate any laws or regulations. You agree not to access or use the Team2Book Service or its Website in such jurisdictions. You agree that you are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws or regulations. Any contravention of this provision (or any provision of this Agreement) is entirely at your own risk.
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Owner and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and their respective successors and assigns, from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, costs, or expenses whatsoever, including, without limitation, legal fees and disbursements, resulting directly or indirectly from (i) your breach of any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement; (ii) your access to, use, misuse, reliance upon, or inability to access or use the Team2Book Service, Website, the Content, or any Website to which the Website is or may be linked to from time to time or; (iii) your use of, reliance on, publication, communication, distribution, uploading, or downloading of anything (including the Content) on or from the Website.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
The Team2Book Service and Website is operated by the Owner from its offices within the province of Quebec, Canada. You agree that all matters relating to your access or use of the Team2Book Service or Website and its Content shall be governed by the laws of the province or territory of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree and hereby submit to the exclusive and preferential jurisdiction of the courts of the province of Quebec with respect to all matters relating to your access and use of the Team2Book Service or Website and the Content as well as any dispute that may arise therefrom and that the applicable law shall be the law of the province of Quebec and of Canada.
WAIVER
Any consent by Team2Book to, or waiver of, a breach of this Agreement which you have committed, whether express or implied, shall not constitute a consent to, or waiver of any other, different or subsequent breach.
SEVERABILITY
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this Agreement or any covenant contained herein shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision or covenant contained herein and any such invalid provision or covenant shall be deemed severable from the rest of this Agreement.
MODIFICATION TO TEAM2BOOK
The Owner reserves the right any time, and from time to time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Team2Book service, Website (or any part thereof ) with or without notice to you. The Owner shall have no liability to you or any third party for any modifications, suspension, or discontinuance of the Team2Book Service, Website or any part thereof.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms are amended and supplemented by our Privacy Policy.
These Terms of User constitute the entire agreement between you and Team2Book and replace all previous agreements under this title. There are no verbal subsidiary agreements.
